Softball Recap: Diboll Comes Up Short

Diboll fell victim to Pollok Central and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Lumberjacks in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost three in a row.

Diboll's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Pollok Central, they pushed their record up to 8-8-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Diboll is set to face off against their familiar foe Huntington at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pollok Central will square off against rival Woodville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
