Recap: Cresset Christian Academy Eagles vs. Lee Christian Falcons

If the Cresset Christian Academy Eagles were riding high off their 68-40 takedown of the Bradford Academy Archers last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Cresset Christian Academy received a tough blow on Monday as they fell 70-52 to the Falcons. Cresset Christian Academy has struggled against the Falcons recently, as their contest on Monday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Branson Green, who scored 28 points. That was a full 53.8% of Cresset Christian Academy's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Mario Jarett, who scored 16 points.

Lee Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances.
