Volleyball Recap: Peshtigo Takes a Loss

Peshtigo lost against Laconia back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.

Leading Laconia to victory were Josie Basler and Scarlett Nitz. Basler had eight digs and three aces, while Nitz had two aces.

Peshtigo's loss dropped their record down to 14-8. As for Laconia, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 20-5.

Peshtigo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Marinette on the 4th. As for Laconia, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Oshkosh North on the 4th.
