Cypress Lake extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping them up to 4-2. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Estero Wildcats 25-23. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Adrian Burdette had an outrageously good game as he picked up 102 receiving yards and two TDs.

Cypress Lake has already played their next game, a 22-7 loss against South Fort Myers on the 3rd. As for Estero, after each having a week off, they and Lemon Bay will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. on the 10th.
