Softball Recap: Spring Creek Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Spring Creek had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Liberty Christian Academy Heat on Monday, sneaking past 10-9. This was a revenge game for the Gators: when they faced off against the Heat last Tuesday, they had to take a 7-4 loss.

Spring Creek now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Liberty Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Spring Creek will face off against Goldsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Liberty Christian Academy, they will square off against American Leadership Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
