Austin Calvillo Game Report: vs Riesel

Congratulations to Austin Calvillo, who put up his first points on Thursday. He posted four points and 12 rebounds, helping propel Iola past Riesel by a score of 62-46. We hope Calvillo's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Coming up, Calvillo and Iola won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against St. Joseph Catholic at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. The Eagles will enter the matchup having just beaten Allen Academy, so the Bulldogs will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
