Volleyball Recap: Windham Takes a Loss

Windham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cheverus Stags. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 20-25, 25-15, 25-15.

When it comes to explaining why Windham lost, don't look at Lauren Neal 15/46. Despite the final result, she had 23 digs and two assists.

Windham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cheverus, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Windham will challenge Marshwood at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Cheverus, they will head out on the road to challenge Portland at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
