Football Recap: Sherrard Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sherrard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 28-6 to the Mercer County Golden Eagles. The Tigers were not able to make up for their loss to the Golden Eagles from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Sherrard's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mercer County, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Sherrard and Mercer County will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. Sherrard will square off against rival Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Mercer County is set to take on their familiar foe Orion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
