Softball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln managed to slip by Greenland the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolves lost 12-2 to the Pirates on Monday. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Greenland, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lincoln will head out to face off against Elkins at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves will need to watch out since the Elks have now posted at least ten runs in their last five matchups. As for Greenland, they will head out on the road to take on Ozark at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
