The Eagles fell just short of the Lions by a score of 13-12 on Tuesday. The Eagles' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Warner Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Calvary Christian Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-8.

Coming up, Warner Christian Academy will welcome Halifax Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on First Baptist Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lions' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Crusaders have averaged an impressive 7.6 runs per game this season.
