It's playoff time, and Riverview Sarasota had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-13 win over the Winter Haven Blue Devils. Considering the Rams have won eight games by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Riverview Sarasota to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isaiah Belt, who rushed for 123 yards and one TD on only ten carries. With that strong performance, Belt is now averaging an impressive 100.5 rushing yards per game. Another passer making a difference was Parker Nippert, who threw for 172 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Riverview Sarasota was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 246 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 167 rushing yards in ten consecutive matchups.

Riverview Sarasota didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gabe Halperin and Pinot Parks.

Riverview Sarasota's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.5 points over those games. As for Winter Haven, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

Looking ahead, Riverview Sarasota will take on Sumner at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Stingrays will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. Winter Haven does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
