Volleyball Recap: Anna Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Anna lost against Lovejoy back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Coyotes came up short against the Leopards, falling 3-0.

While Anna was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Lovejoy's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15, 25-19.

Anna's defeat dropped their record down to 19-19. As for Lovejoy, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Anna is set to challenge their familiar foe McKinney North at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lovejoy will face off against rival Denison at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
