Bonita came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Mark Keppel Aztecs 46-0. The result was nothing new for the Bearcats, who have now won nine matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Bonita found their leader in sophomore Kendra Anderson, who threw for 83 yards and three touchdowns, and also punched in one TD on the ground. Another player making a difference was Ava Flores, who picked up 33 receiving yards and one score.

Bonita didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Brooklyn Amaya, Riley Lehigh, Amelia Valdez, and Leah Reynolds picked up one apiece. Reynolds is on a roll when it comes to interceptions, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Amaya got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Bonita's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Mark Keppel, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for another result: Bonita was given a victory via forfeit against the Aztecs later that day.
