Basketball Recap: Algonac Comes Up Short

Algonac lost against Richmond back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Algonac Muskrats received a blow as they fell 36-19 to the Richmond Blue Devils. The Muskrats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Algonac's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Richmond, their victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Algonac will take on Armada at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Armada will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something Algonac surely won't give up without a fight. As for Richmond, they will challenge Almont at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Richmond is facing Almont at the right time seeing as Almont is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
