Colony is a perfect 6-0 against Homer since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Knights will welcome the Mariners at 5:00 p.m. Colony is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.9 goals per game this season.

Colony is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Alaska's top teams: West Valley, who was ranked fifth at the time (Colony was ranked first). The Knights walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wolf Pack on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for Colony, who have now won three matchups in a row.

They hit West Valley with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Finn Hoffman, Isaac Villa, and Owen Dietz.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Homer sidestepped Grace Christian for a 3-2 victory.

The win got Homer back to even at 4-4-1. As for Colony, their victory bumped their record up to 13-1-2.

Colony beat Homer 2-0 in their previous matchup back in May of 2023. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Mariners have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
