Volleyball Recap: Caney Creek Takes a Loss

Caney Creek lost against Hargrave last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 2-1.

Caney Creek has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Hargrave, they moved to 13-9 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coincidentally, Caney Creek and Hargrave will both be playing Dayton the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Broncos at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, while the Falcons will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
