Volleyball Recap: Grantsville Cowboys vs. Wasatch Wasps

If Grantsville was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Ben Lomond last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Grantsville came up short against the Wasatch Wasps on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Grantsville was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Wasatch's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-22.

Joe Bailey paced Grantsville's offense, picking up seven kills. Bailey got some help from Isaac Nordgren and his 11 assists. Finally, Corbin Hislop kept Grantsville's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.
