Softball Recap: North Judson-San Pierre Bluejays vs. Prairie Heights Panthers
North Judson-San Pierre had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 8-11 on Saturday that streak is in the rearview. They skirted past the Prairie Heights Panthers 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bluejays have posted since May 15, 2024.

Lexi Howard and Kenya Cooper did most of the damage at the plate: Howard fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 3-for-4, while Cooper fired off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-4. Those three hits gave Howard a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Catlin Hammack, who went 1-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
