While South County's win against Fairfax wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Stallions narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Lions 2-1. The result kept South County happy, as they haven't lost a game since April 3rd.

South County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven games. As for Fairfax, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

South County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fairfax, they will take on Alexandria City at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
