After losing to Halfway the last time they met, El Dorado Springs decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the Cardinals on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won eight contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

El Dorado Springs has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-14 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Halfway, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-9.

El Dorado Springs didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 12-3 victory against Skyline on the 16th. As for Halfway, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-2 win against Ash Grove on the 14th.
