While Sapulpa didn't have the best season last year (they finished 13-22), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They skirted past the El Reno Indians 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Chieftains have posted since October 14, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Sapulpa and bumps their season record up to 6-4. As for El Reno, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Sapulpa wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Glenpool on the 22nd. As for El Reno, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Shawnee on the 22nd.
