Baseball Recap: Sardis Comes Up Short

On Monday, the Sardis Lions didn't have quite enough to beat the Haralson County Rebels and fell 12-11.

Sardis' loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Haralson County, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sardis will square off against Hokes Bluff at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Haralson County, they will head out on the road to take on Ranburne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
