Leading Fredericktown to victory were Mya Bryant and Ella Bouton. Bryant shot 58% from the field en route to 14 points along with seven boards and three steals, while Bouton posted seven points in addition to nine rebounds and seven assists. The dominant performance also gave Bouton a new career-high in blocks (seven). Another player making a difference was Gracyn Toombs, who put up seven points and five rebounds.

Fredericktown's win bumped their record up to 2-0.
