Basketball Recap: Chief Leschi Wins Going Away Against Muckleshoot Tribal

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Taholah, Chief Leschi was happy to have turned things around on Sunday. Everything went their way against the Muckleshoot Tribal Kings as the Chief Leschi Warriors made off with a 39-13 victory. That looming 39-13 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

Chief Leschi now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-2.

Chief Leschi will head out on the road to challenge Crosspoint at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Crosspoint is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.3 points per game this season. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Forest Ridge Sacred Heart at 6:30 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
