Meanwhile, Greenwood Christian Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 50-46 to Indianapolis Shortridge. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Edinburgh's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Greenwood Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-8.
