Dryden's Noah Welgoss rumbled for the longest rushing play in Section 4 C Division IV this season in his game against Oxford Academy last week. Welgoss ran for 58 yards on the play and finished with 113 on the day as his team bested the Blackhawks.

Dryden moved up to 440 from 495 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Dan Fink's team climbed the ranks as a result of besting Oxford Academy 32-14.

The Lions' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Alan Davis threw for 83 and 2 touchdowns and Matthew McHerron had 83 yards receiving.
