The Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Stone Bridge will be strutting in after a win while John Champe will be coming in after a defeat.

Stone Bridge is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They beat Lewis by a goal, winning 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Stone Bridge were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, John Champe unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Potomac Falls last Wednesday, falling 5-0.

Stone Bridge's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7-1. As for John Champe, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Stone Bridge was able to grind out a solid win over John Champe in their previous meeting back in March of 2025, winning 2-0. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
