 The Bracken Christian Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the New Braunfels Christian Academy Wildcats at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Bracken Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 11.4  runs per game this season.
 Last Monday, Bracken Christian beat Jefferson 11-8. The  victory was just what Bracken Christian needed coming off of  an  11-3 loss in their prior  contest.
 The team  relied heavily on  Beau Martin, who  went 4-for-5 with four  runs, two  stolen bases,  and four  RBI.  Austin Barnett was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, New Braunfels Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They suffered a  rough 8-1 loss at the hands of San Marcos Academy.
 Bracken Christian pushed their record up to 15-2-1 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 13.2 runs per game. As for New Braunfels Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.
 Everything went Bracken Christian's way against New Braunfels Christian Academy in their previous meeting  on March 4th as Bracken Christian made off with  a  15-3 victory.
