Softball Recap: Versailles' Losing Streak Snapped at Nine Games

Versailles came into Friday's game having lost nine straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the El Dorado Springs Bulldogs by a score of 10-7 on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Bulldogs on Thursday, they had to take a 7-5 loss.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 4-13. As for El Dorado Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.

Coincidentally, Versailles and El Dorado Springs will both be playing Concordia the next time they take the field. The Tigers will head out to face the Fighting Orioles at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
