Basketball Preview: Reed-Custer Comets vs. Serena Huskers
Having just played yesterday, the Reed-Custer Comets will head out on the road to face off against the Serena Huskers at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
On Monday, Reed-Custer ended up a good deal behind Manteno and lost 48-29. While losing is never fun, the Comets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 480th, while the Panthers are ranked 216th).

The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.7 points per game. As for Reed-Custer, they dropped their record down to 10-12 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
