Basketball Game Preview: San Jon Coyotes vs. Cimarron Rams

The San Jon Coyotes will take on the Cimarron Rams in a tournament on Monday.

San Jon saw some tournament action on December 5th. They fell 36-30 to Vaughn.

Meanwhile, Cimarron strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 85-39 win over Raton. Fans of the Rams have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

San Jon's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cimarron, their victory bumped their record up to 5-0.

San Jon couldn't quite finish off Cimarron when the teams last played back in January of 2016 and fell 55-52. Can the Coyotes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
