Basketball Recap: Plymouth Takes a Loss

Plymouth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 50-39 to the Pelham Pythons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 65-47 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Plymouth's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Pelham, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-5 record this season.

When Plymouth and Pelham next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Plymouth will try to stop Pembroke's five-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Pelham will challenge Sanborn Regional and their six-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
