Griffin Marshall Game Report: vs Lawton

Griffin Marshall gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March of 2024 on Monday. He did his part (and then some), striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits for the 'W'. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts.

Marshall's strong effort led Altus over Lawton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lawton is limping into the matchup having lost 16 straight at home dating back to last season.
