Soccer Game Preview: Smith County vs. Jackson County

The Smith County Owls will take on the Jackson County Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Smith County has given up an average of 3 goals per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Smith County is coming into the game fresh off a high-scoring shootout with Macon County that saw the pair combine for 14 shots on goal. The Owls lost 6-1 to the Tigers on Tuesday. The matchup was a close 2-1 at the break, but unfortunately for Smith County it sure didn't stay that way.

Jackson County's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Smith County, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9-1.
