Volleyball Recap: Little Wound Comes Up Short

Little Wound was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lakota Tech Tatanka. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tatanka this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Little Wound's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Lakota Tech, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Little Wound is set to square off against their familiar foe Pine Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th. Meanwhile, Lakota Tech will challenge rival St. Francis Indian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
