The South Cobb Eagles won the last time they faced the Langston Hughes Panthers, and things went their way on Tuesday too. South Cobb blew past Langston Hughes 8-1. Heidi Rios was a massive factor in the win, as she booted in three goals all by herself.
The victory made it two in a row for South Cobb and bumps their season record up to 2-1.
South Cobb will head out on the road to take on Pebblebrook at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Langston Hughes, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Alexander at 6:00 p.m. on February 27th.
