Volleyball Recap: Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the St. Bernard Vikings. For the Cardinals, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-16, 25-20, 25-21.

Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary now has a winning record of 3-2. As for St. Bernard, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
