Fort Worth THESA won the last time they faced Dallas HSAA and things went their way on Saturday too. The Riders managed a 45-41 victory over the Angels. The 45-point effort marked the Riders' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Several Angels players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Xavier Carter, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds. JC Lindskog was another key player, going 5-for-8 to rack up 11 points.

The win (which was Fort Worth THESA's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.7 points over those games. As for Dallas HSAA, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Fort Worth THESA wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 66-54 win against Oakridge on the 11th. As for Dallas HSAA, they have also already played their next game, a 55-45 victory against Dallas Thunder on the 9th.
