Basketball Recap: Panguitch's Win on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Panguitch had won three straight games and Katie Hatch did her part to make it four on Friday. The Panguitch Bobcats walked away with a 45-34 victory over the Valley Buffalos thanks to Hatch, who went 5-for-11 en route to 14 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Mallory Henrie, who posted eight points and 11 boards. She has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times she's played.

Panguitch's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.

Panguitch wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 59-49 victory against Wayne on the 15th. Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
