Smithson Valley had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Antonian Prep Apaches. The Rangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Apaches, too.

Smithson Valley's victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Antonian Prep, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-11.

Looking ahead, Smithson Valley will venture away from home to challenge Boerne-Champion at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Antonian Prep, they will welcome Clemens at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
