Soccer Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington managed to keep up with James Logan until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Washington Huskies lost 5-2 to the James Logan Colts. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 back in December of 2024.

Washington now has a losing record at 5-6. As for James Logan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Washington will venture away from home to take on Newark Memorial at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Newark Memorial is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season. James Logan has already played their next matchup (against Mission San Jose), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
