Basketball Recap: Early Takes a Loss

Early was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Peaster Greyhounds 89-41. The Longhorns were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-16.

Early's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Peaster, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

Early will square off against Comanche at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Comanche will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Early surely won't give up without a fight. As for Peaster, they are taking a road trip to face off against Dublin at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
