Meanwhile, Torrington entered their tilt with Rawlins on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Trailblazers who were credited with the victory. Torrington got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Rawlins' two.

Torrington's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Newcastle, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
