Baseball Recap: Silverado Hawks vs. Granite Hills Cougars

Silverado won the last time they faced Granite Hills and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Hawks skirted past the Cougars 6-5. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Jace Weiss was a major factor no matter where he played. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Silverado is undefeated when Weiss allows two or fewer hits, but 5-6 otherwise. Weiss was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
