Volleyball Recap: North Park Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Hayden Tigers, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

North Park took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-15, 25-16.

Magdalena Moya paced North Park's offense, picking up five kills. Moya got some help from Paige Solano and her five assists.

North Park's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hayden, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-7.

Looking ahead, North Park is taking a road trip to face off against Caprock Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hayden, they will host Grand Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
