Northwest Cabarrus is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will head out on the road to challenge the Salisbury Hornets at 6:00 p.m. Salisbury took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Northwest Cabarrus, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Northwest Cabarrus strolled past West Cabarrus with points to spare, taking the game 64-46. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Meanwhile, Salisbury came up short against Statesville on Friday and fell 35-24.

Salisbury's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northwest Cabarrus, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
