With a playoff win on the line, Lincoln-Way East rose to the challenge on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Joliet West Tigers a 2-0 shutout. Give Lincoln-Way East's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Owen Bohren was the driving force of Lincoln-Way East's attack as he scored both of Lincoln-Way East's goals, bringing his season total up to ten goals.
