Martin Luther King's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Martin Luther King's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Robinson, who scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. That's the first time this season that Robinson scored 15 or more points. Benito Scott was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with seven assists and two steals.
Despite the loss, Parkway Center City saw an underclassman step up: Kameron Fortune scored six points along with six rebounds and five steals. Another player making a difference was Israel Mckinley, who scored seven points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Martin Luther King's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Parkway Center City, they dropped their record down to 7-12 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
