Basketball Recap: Martin Comes Up Short

Martin lost against Potter's House Christian back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Martin Clippers took a 51-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Potter's House Christian Pumas.

Martin's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Potter's House Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Martin will challenge Fennville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Martin's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Fennville has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road. As for Potter's House Christian, they will square off against Hart at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hart will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something Potter's House Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
