Basketball Recap: Mountain House Mustangs vs. Vanden Vikings
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Mountain House can now relate to. They lost 64-42 to the Vanden Vikings on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 216th, while the Vikings are ranked 91st).
Despite the loss, Mountain House still got an impressive performance from Shamar Jones, who posted 17 points. Coldin Parker was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven boards.
Caleb Rafan was nothing short of spectacular for Vanden: he had 14 points and five rebounds.
